Storage:
Upon receiving your green coffee, store in a breathable container in a cool dry place. A cloth bag works very well. A small brown lunchbag will also provide an ideal environment. If stored properly, unroasted coffee will keep fresh 1-2 years.
After roasting, coffee should be kept in an airtight container with a one way valve, or the use of a Mason jar works well and is very affordable, cracking the lid daily to release the pressure buildup.
